I like #9. I once blurted out something I shouldn’t have, and the worst thing is, the person whose secret I spilled was someone whose trust I had been painfully and slowly gaining over many months, after they went through a break-up. I felt like such a jerk. It was a long time ago, but thinking about it still makes me squirm.
